Tradition
Unlike others – an old mill and since the beginning of the 19th century owned by the Mayer family – the house was lovingly converted into the first 4-star hotel in Tramin. With seven rooms, two junior suites and three suites, the “Mühle Mayer” is less a hotel than a romantic refuge for those seeking peace and quiet. Find out where you prefer to live! Very family-run, the hotel impresses with its very quiet location and comfort corresponding to the size of the hotel.

You can go horse riding in the nearby international horse centre Alps Coliseum or play tennis on the sand courts in Tramin, go on mountain bike and bicycle tours, go hiking, climbing and mountaineering and of course surfing in the popular Lake Caldaro.
Tramin
Situated above the famous wine village of Tramin, embedded in vineyards and outside the village centre, the “Mühle Mayer” captivates with a beautiful view of the valley of the Etsch river and the surrounding mountain landscape. The hotel is an ideal starting point for many day trips, such as hiking and mountain tours, city trips and culinary discovery tours.
The “Mühle Mayer” is a second home, charming and romantic. Still today, Mrs. Waltrud Mayer Bohring personally manages the hotel. On weekends, the daughter Astrid comes with her son Marco as reinforcement.
